アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

A global motor vehicle manufacturing company is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will support global/key account managers in handling end-to-end sales operations, customer coordination, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Assist account managers throughout the sales process
• Handle customer inquiries, prototype orders, and on-site visit support
• Coordinate pricing, proposals, and negotiation materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prototypes, change requests, and order creation
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement activities
• Manage logistics, inventory, and delivery coordination between suppliers and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience at a Japanese company
• Experience in sales in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of customer processes and motivation
• Familiarity with business interactions
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English (Chinese is ideal)
