アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
A renowned online travel agency is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage partner relationships and contribute to business growth within Japan. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Expand non-hotel accommodation supply and improve quality
- Address partner inquiries regarding products, connectivity, and payments
- Re-engage partners who have ceased collaboration
- Identify and acquire new supply sources while maintaining current relationships
- Drive operational improvements and gather feedback from hosts
- Utilise mass communication to reach out to partners
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience interacting with an external partner
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Background in identifying and prioritising high-impact sales leads and opportunities
- Ability and willingness to make cold calls on a daily basis for new acquisitions and reactivations
- Fluent level Japanese and English
