戦略アカウントエグゼクティブ/ Strategic Account Executive

An international software company is looking for a Strategic Account Executive. The selected candidate will be building long-term relationships with assigned accounts, securing sustainable revenue through multi-year deals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Understand how competitors present their value proposition and set the account up to replace with the company software
• Create and execute a long-term strategy to grow usage by connecting our solutions to a customer challenge or priority
• Collaborate with global account teams, product specialists, ACE, remote sites, business partners and other functions within the company
• Facilitate regular touchpoint activities such as management review meetings, trainings, seminars, and info days
• Develop sales and technical partnerships to uncover, understand and document key technical challenges and pain points

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in technical, engineering, business, or a related field
• 6-8 years of professional experience
• More than 2 years of experience as a senior, key, or named account manager
• Proven success in technical sales, demonstrating growth in key accounts
• Strong executive presentation and persuasion skills
• Understanding of engineering analysis and related technology is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level in Japanese and English
