キーアカウントマネージャー / Key Account Manager

A global motor vehicle manufacturer is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage engineering and sales activities, develop business opportunities, and maintain customer relationships. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the engineering and sales contact for OEM and aftermarket products
• Develop and manage projects and business with engineering and purchasing departments
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide product quotations and support pricing discussions
• Oversee preparation for mass production, including sample orders and field issue resolution
• Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at industry events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10-15 years of professional experience (automotive domain is a plus)
• More than 8 years of experience in engineering
• More than 5 years of experience in sales
• Experience in automotive parts supplier or similar
• Prior experience in project development and management task with JP-OEM
• Understanding of engineering development
• Familiarity with automotive and manufacturing industry
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English (TOEIC 800+)
