アウトソーシングセンター＆アカウントマネージャー/ Outsourcing Centre & Account Manager

A global logistics company is seeking an Outsourcing Centre & Account Manager. The selected candidate will oversee call centre operations while managing key account business negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Organise and supervise daily operations of the outsourcing call centre (SPOC) to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure timely delivery of IT parts orders and implement cost-effective solutions
• Coach and support 12 call centre staff, facilitating effective communication with engineers
• Analyse KPIs and provide accurate monthly reports to customers and suppliers
• Address and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
• Manage billing processes, ensuring accuracy at month-end

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline
• More than 2 years of management experience in warehouse operations
• Proven experience in logistics or call centre operations
• Experience in cross-cultural business environments
• Proficient in WMS, Power BI, and other relevant software systems
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
