アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager

An international component supplier is searching for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for defining and managing the scope of the marketing status and sales plan. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Approach customers to obtain essential and potential RFQs
• Quote to the customer with price strategy to win project which in pursue, work on the strategy for roadmap projects
• Maintain projects’ profit margin while in development phase, handle price adjustment in mass production
• Manage new tooling engineering requests and program launches throughout the product realisation process
• Support PM to summarise and report status to teammates, suppliers, customers, and management
• Support PM to utilise the open issues matrix which includes risk mitigation plans
• Support PM to develop and manage the program budget and report updates to management
• Conduct timely and meaningful performance evaluations for direct reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business administration
• Prior experience working cross-culturally on global teams
• Advanced level MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Native level Japanese; English and Chinese are preferred
