アカウントマネージャー / Account Manager

A renowned digital marketing agency is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage client relationships, oversee marketing strategies, and ensure successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new clients and understand their business needs
• Maintain communication with key clients and stay updated on their business
• Identify opportunities to expand services and communicate solutions internally
• Develop strategies to help clients reach their business goals
• Oversee marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction
• Provide creative direction to align deliverables with client objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or a relevant domain
• More than 2 years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency
• More than 2 years of working in Japan
• Experience in digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Knowledge in building strong client relationship
• Understanding of various GTM channels and marketing tactics
• Native level verbal Japanese
