Responsibilities:
- Drive sales operations in assigned territory
- Maintain existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Achieve sales goals
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, clients, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities through customer communication
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technology for new product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry (MBA is a plus)
- 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing consumer or industrial specialities industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
