A renowned specialty chemicals company is looking for a Sales Account Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, retaining existing customers, and driving new business opportunities. This is a hybrid-setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts and drive sales of FCC catalysts
- Retain existing accounts and pursue new opportunities
- Prepare and implement long-term account and negotiation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to support sales activities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents
- Coordinate testing, product qualification, and relationship-building with accounts
- Monitor demand planning and ensure efficient execution of processes
Requirements:
- Technical degree or above in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or similar
- More than 5 years of sales experience
- Practical experience in Sales or process engineering fields: (oil refinery, process technology licensor, engineering company, specialty chemicals supplier)
- Experience with FCC or in the Japanese refinery industry preferred
- Compliance knowledge and training in business ethics
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
