An international cybersecurity company is searching for a Renewal Sales Representative. The selected applicant will contact customers to offer Service Renewal contracts, managing renewal negotiations with channel partners and end users.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to offer Service Renewal contracts, including issuing quotations and follow-ups
- Manage renewal negotiations with both channel partners and end users
- Meet quarterly and annual targets maintaining and increasing the ARR
- Handle a high volume of renewals, managing multiple accounts and priorities
- Analyse renewal data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular reports on renewal metrics, performance, and forecasts
- Work closely with the sales, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on renewal activities
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in a renewals management, customer success, or account management role in the hi-tech industry
- Experience working collaboratively across departments, including sales, customer success, and finance
- Familiarity with CRM, Oracle Cloud, and MS Excel
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Strong negotiation and management skills
- Fluent level written and verbal English
