An international packaging solutions provider is looking for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be managing distribution channel partners, developing key accounts, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and update quarterly business plans, the CRM database, reporting of weekly activities
- Regularly review business opportunities with assigned distribution channel partners
- Provide sales and product support to distributors, end users, and potential customers through various channels
- Plan and prepare for visits to key accounts, target accounts, and new accounts
- Develop and implement sales strategies to address business growth in relevant industrial and market segments
- Facilitate the transfer of necessary sales skills and product knowledge to distributor sales teams
- Form and maintain quality professional relationships with distribution channel partners within the defined region
- Act as a strategic marketing partner for distribution sales channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of industrial sales experience (logistics or packaging sector)
- Experience in solution selling
- Prior experience in leading teams to success
- Knowledge of distribution channel partners
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
- Proficient in English
