An international automation company is searching for a Key Account Manager. The qualified candidate will be in charge of handling key customers while also developing new ones to support market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build the market by locating, defining, and developing opportunities
- Develop solid and trusting relationships between key customers
- Resolve key client issues and understand product changes and lifecycle needs
- Support and engage in the execution of market-specific goals from HQ
- Prepare monthly status reports and collect data from sales and order information
- Participate directly and indirectly in organisations and committees to promote products and understand market demands
- Analyse business opportunities and liaise with appropriate personnel in making sound business decisions regarding future potential and return on investment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering, or other technical domains is preferred
- Proven experience in company-direct sales of technical products
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
