A renowned technology company is seeking a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will build strong relationships with stakeholders to help customers achieve their business and technical goals efficiently. This is a long-term contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to understand customer goals
- Provide timely responses to stakeholder inquiries and support business/technical goals
- Present service benefits and practical utilisation plans to enhance customer security
- Assist in procurement/invoicing procedures related to service offerings
- Create security transformation roadmaps based on customer cybersecurity posture
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to business and technical decision-makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity
- More than 3 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, or related fields
- Experience in large enterprise businesses and complex solution environments
- Technical knowledge of enterprise-grade cybersecurity products and services
- Ability to lead complex customer projects and communicate effectively at all levels
- Business level English and Japanese
