A global technology company is seeking an Account Service Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding and delivery of tailored solutions. This is a flexitime remote setup and contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer onboarding, providing non-technical support for a seamless experience
- Develop global relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- Communicate monthly/quarterly progress and metrics to stakeholders
- Advocate for customers to ensure account success
Requirements:
- Practical experience in a customer-focused or IT industry environment
- Prior stakeholder management experience
- Proficient in reporting and data collection
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Team player with strong collaboration and prioritisation skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new IT knowledge and skills
- Fluent level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
