An international consumer goods company is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Map and classify accounts by strategic importance
- Analyse business performance of company and competitors within accounts
- Develop and recommend a national account business strategy and plan annually
- Align account plan with company and category plans
- Implement account strategy to achieve volume and profit objectives
- Maintain detailed account files for all accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 6 years of experience in account management within the FMCG industry
- Experience in commercial or account strategy setting
- Prior experience in people management
- Proven experience managing elements of the marketing mix, above and below the line, price, promotion, shelf space, product (range), research, and space management
- Understanding of inter-related company functions (distribution, credit control, customer service, LEX, and human resource)
- Proficient in verbal English
