A renowned company in the specialty chemicals company seeks an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key accounts, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage general account management of customers
- Maintain overall relationship and close contact with procurement teams
- Ensure overall growth and satisfaction of assigned accounts
- Manage contracts, pricing, and overdue accounts
- Develop insights into customer demand and drive growth initiatives
- Expand share of wallet through bids and tenders
- Proactively address and mitigate churn risks
- Manage CRM and New Business Development (NBD) pipeline in collaboration with Business Development (BD)
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or related field
- More than 5 years in sales and marketing within coatings, industrial lubricants, or specialty chemicals (e.g., heat transfer fluid, brake fluids)
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Sales-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
