An international software company is seeking a Technical Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer relationships, ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coach to resolve project challenges
- Ensure adherence to best practices throughout projects
- Recommend improvements for project enhancements
- Schedule strategic sessions to guide development phases
- Sync regularly on project status and issues
- Escalate and facilitate issue resolution with teams
- Create and present internal team training and documentation
- Provide perspectives to enhance business unit strategies
- Ensure effective flow of customer insights and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or MIS
- More than 5 years of experience in direct sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
- Experience in containerization, orchestration, and relevant virtualisation technologies
- Prior customer-facing experience with a known software company or major consulting or SI firm
- Proven experience in enterprise Java, related design patterns, or service-oriented architecture
- Background in JS-based framework (Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.)
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, JSON, major databases, etc.
