A global electronic solutions provider is seeking a Technical Account Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and performance of Sentinel products and services, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned accounts to achieve their goals and demonstrate new product features
- Conduct regular health checks and review customer environments to meet KPI expectations
- Implement technical upgrades to enhance functionality
- Ensure services are consistently upgraded and meet SLA requirements
- Identify solution gaps and provide feedback to the Product Management team
- Propose innovative solutions and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in a large multinational company
- 5-7 years of experience in a high degree of customer interaction and account management in a technical setting
- Prior programming experience (- C, C++, C#, .NET, or Java)
- Proven experience in troubleshooting technical problems
- Background in Linux, Unix, or Solaris
- Fluent level English
