An international industrial materials manufacturer is searching for a Sales position. The chosen applicant will manage and grow relationships with customers such as OEMs, end users, and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Collect customer needs, actively identify and pursue business opportunities to achieve sales targets of responsible accounts
- Expand market share at target customers and applications
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and develop future business opportunities
- Report sales activities and opportunities updates to the management team through internal communication and the CRM system
- Set sales strategy for specific segment or product, solutions
- Make concrete action plans based on the strategy
Requirements:
- B2B sales experience in the industrial market in Japan
- Solution sales experience is a plus
- New customer development experience is preferred
- Engineering or Service Engineering experience is preferred
- Experience in mechanical components or machinery industry (machine tool, gearbox, motor, fan, heavy industry, etc.) is preferred
- Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
