A multinational chemical manufacturer is searching for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be setting and achieving annual customer budgets for volume and price in coordination with the Area or District Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor progress against the budget and take action to close any gaps that may exist
- Provide timely monthly updated customer forecasts in line with the S&OP timetable
- Work closely with other members of the customer service team to ensure good communication between commercial and supply chain teams.
- Negotiate sales volumes and prices, optimising the financial opportunity at each account
- Build and maintain good customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing environment
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of the refrigerant industry and trade
- High-pressure gas qualifications
- Native level Japanese; Basic conversational English
