An international data and analytics company is searching for an Account Manager. The selected applicant will manage the book of business and grow and retain revenue and market share at the designated accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic account plans for assigned accounts
- Manage, retain, and grow revenue, being responsible for sales and accountable for service performance
- Develop a strong, high-level contact network within accounts
- Drive execution of company strategy on the account level
- Identify new opportunities, lead sales Enterprise and desktop solutions
- Work with and apply experts and specialists onto the team where required, have oversight of all account activities
- Prioritise and advise resources in the account team
- Responsible for forecasting, keeping management engaged with accounts in a timely fashion
- Own local account information in relevant CRM systems
- Act as customer's advocate within the company
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales
- Good knowledge of the financial industry
- Strong sales skills
- Excellent communication and influential skills
- Proficient in written and verbal Japanese; business level English
