キーアカウントマネージャー/ Key Account Manager

An international beverage manufacturer is looking for a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate drives sales growth by planning, negotiating, and executing strategies with customers to achieve KPIs. This role is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Deepen understanding of each customer's business, strategy, and goals
• Use data effectively to drive business decisions and identify opportunities and threats
• Foster and oversee beneficial relationships with wholesalers and retailers
• Create and implement customer plans covering pricing, portfolio, promotions, and visibility
• Lead biannual Joint Business Planning meetings with customer senior management
• Apply a strategic framework to craft compelling customer plans

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience in the alcohol industry
• Prior experience in a foreign company (US or European company)
• Understanding of trade margins and rebates (premium and super-premium imported spirits industry)
• Proficient in English
