A globally recognised internet organisation is searching for a CSAE Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing current customer base and driving new account development to support business growth. This role is based in Tokyo.
- Create and implement a detailed account and territory strategy
- Define annual quotas and territory objectives with regional sales teams
- Establish sustainable relationships with key accounts
- Manage relationships with key customers to ensure defined issues are resolved
- Provide mentorship to an assigned team to improve selling skills
- Handle escalation processes for critical concerns
- More than 5 years of experience working as a sales representative and people manager
- Demonstrable experience in direct corporate sales
- Expertise in MS Office
- Working knowledge of web applications like SFDC, etc.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Business level Japanese and English
