A company producing electric cable products is looking to hire a Key Account Manager. This position will be responsible for driving the company’s growth in Japan and serving as a representative of the company to customers.
- Develop and implement account strategies, penetrate accounts, expand new opportunity pipelines, etc.
- Set quarterly goals and objectives, plan and manage regional budgets, compile and present regional activities, etc.
- Synthesise the customers’ requirements and communicate with the relevant parties
- Achieve design win and revenue budgets at healthy profit margins
- Propose new business development strategies to grow accounts
- Provide proactive solutions to customers to achieve continuous business growth
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 7+ years of OEM field sales experience with 5+ years of sales management experience
- 7+ years selling complex technical solutions in the cable assembly industry is preferred
- Technical project management abilities
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Business level or higher written and spoken proficiency in Japanese and English
