A global telecommunications company is looking for a senior Account Manager. This position will be responsible for achieving sales goals and conducting related activities such as forecasts, presentations, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet sales quotas
- Create and submit progress and forecast reports
- Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s business model
- Conduct direct sales activities requiring product presentations
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s products and solution as well as the competitive landscape and market
- Ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of system sales, system engineering, or product management experience
- Solution sales experience at a large scale
- Strong data networking experience with a detailed knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies
- Optical networking technology experience
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently
- Strong English proficiency
