A global internet organisation is looking for a Corporate Sales Account Executive Manager. This position will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive the company’s growth within the APAC region. They will partake in territory planning, customer relationship management, as well as people management.
- Lead the sales to accelerate the company’s growth via client management and new account development
- Develop and implement detailed account plans while cooperating with regional sales operations and optimising resource management
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure the prompt resolution of customer issues
- Oversee hiring, management and development of the team in order to ensure strong performance and adoption of relevant tools
- Experience as a sales representative with experience in a manager role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications such as Salesforce
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
