A prominent internet business is looking for an Account Development Representative. This position will be responsible for supporting the execution and productivity of the company’s sales activities. This is a long-term contract position.
- Execute prospecting campaigns to find contacts and prospective customers for cloud products
- Facilitate phone calls and e-mails as well as communication with upper management
- Maintain and understanding of the business ecosystem and the company’s value proposition
- Maintain an understanding internal processes and policies around outreach, spam, mass mailers, etc.
- Create detailed documentation of customers notes and deal details during interactions to ensure clarity for all stakeholders
- Clearly communicate deal progress and performance compared to set goals
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of B2B sales and business development experience
- Experience with sourcing leads and with sales pipelines
- Strong knowledge of the local market and business environment
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English (C1 or equivalent)
