A major source of automotive market intelligence is looking for a new Account Manager. This position will be responsible for managing territories for assigned accounts and identifying opportunities for new business. This company is searching for someone who can achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Plan all sales activities to ensure that all products and services are being actively marketed to the widest market possible
- Create forecasts of sales in the local market and produce strategies to deal with market shortfalls
- Manage sales with the customer relationship management system to deliver annual plans which focus on key account management, renewals, and business development
- Obtain and clearly communicate information of company and competitor performance in order to inform future business plans
- Use the customer relationship management system and the content management system in order to manage the details of client’s business structure, financial performance, organization structure, key influencers, etc.
- Hold quarterly client account review meetings with stakeholders to confirm the company’s value as well as identify problems and opportunities for future business
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ experience in the automotive industry dealing with original equipment manufacturers
- 2+ years of consultative B2B sales experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
