An international IT company is searching for a talented sales management professional. As Senior Partner Account Manager, the successful candidate will work together with various functions to implement partner business and sales strategies.
- Understand and implement partner sales strategies
- Work with appropriate cross functional associates; recommend programs to support sales strategies, e.g. marketing programs, services, etc.
- Lead the creation, implementation and management of partner business plans
- Implement a governance approach for managing monthly business meetings and quarterly business reviews of partners
- Ensure that partners consistently meet necessary certifications to drive healthy customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 6+ years’ sales/sales management experience preferably operating in a channel sales model in the ICT industry
- Strong communication skills
- Business level English and Native level Japanese
