- Develop, implement, and improve account plans
- Initiate customer projects, and lead and implement with teams and functions
- Lead customer events with other functions
- Provide periodic updates to leaders and peers when required
- Prior sales experience
- Good working knowledge of chemistry
- Business level English
- Native level Japanese
