A business intelligence provider is searching for an experienced sales professional to join them as Account Manager. This multifaceted role involves researching and building knowledge of relevant industries, driving outbound calls, and working with the product development team to maximize impact of product changes.
- Research and build knowledge of relevant industries through all available mediums, ensuring understanding of clients and their products, services, and competitors
- Drive outbound calls and live online presentations of company solutions to prospective C-level decision makers and their teams across Japan
- Accurately identify and target clients within the product portfolio
- Keep accurate records of company’s CRM system and other relevant systems regarding client data and background to ensure appropriate management of client information
- Participate in training and development activities
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 5 years’ extensive sales experience across a range of different products and industry sectors
- Face-to-face sales experience
- A clear and articulate communicator
- A successful track record in closing, repeating, and upgrading existing clients
