A global IT vendor is searching for an experienced solution sales professional to join them as Account Manager. Playing a key role in managing customer relations, the successful candidate will drive aggressive sales plans and strategies, utilizing their IT infrastructure expertise while establishing effective relationships with C level customers and partners.
- Proactively educate and generate interest and demand in IT infrastructure services (IT IS) with industry vertical teams and their customers
- Present company solution offerings to customers
- Prepare account plans and develop account penetration strategy for target accounts
- Manage opportunity pipeline of IT IS opportunities within assigned vertical teams
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and delivery approach
- The last 4-5 years in IT infrastructure solution selling at Tier 1 or 2 companies or Indian companies
- A total of 12-15 years’ experience (SM/AD)
- Bilingual communication skills
- Experience at a matrix organization
- Exposure to onsite/offshore models is a plus
