A leading software engineering consulting company is seeking a Japanese/English bilingual sales professional with more than 10 years of experience to join the team as Account Manager. This role requires you to identify, propose, and monitor internal investments intended to achieve growth strategies for responsible account.
- Support overall effort to grow revenue and profit of the assigned account to emerge as a strategic partner
- Leverage existing customer relationships with key influencers and decision makers in executive and mid-level management positions
- Develop and expand relationships across the customer organisation
- Contribute to the development of the overall account strategy and lead strategic initiatives
- Identify and support unsolicited, strategic campaigns to grow the accounts
- Academic background in mechanical engineering – MBA or similar is a plus
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the software industry
- Previous experience working with remote global team or offshore delivery model environment
- Advanced knowledge of sales/ account management related areas preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills required
