Great opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a computer software company as Account Manager. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will establish relationships and engage with the business and IT management to identify opportunities and sell products to existing accounts.
- Establish relationships and engage with the business and IT management level to identify opportunities and sell products and services directly to existing Fortune 1000 accounts; understand their business and IT strategies and goals
- Carry a revenue quota to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate progress towards achieving account strategies
- Establish and lead teams of internal and external resources to identify, pursue, and close specific opportunities consistent with account strategies
- Drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with products and services
- Provide regular updates on assigned accounts to sales management
- Demonstrated ability to sell software to corporate accounts and strong history of quota achievement
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years selling software
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in excess of $1 million a year
- Experience negotiating complex software licensing agreements
