キーアカウントマネージャー/ Key Account Manager
A multinational aerospace and defence company is seeking a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will develop and manage strategic customer relationships, drive business opportunities, and execute account and country strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Japan and Taiwan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through stakeholder mapping
- Present portfolio solutions and transform customer needs into business opportunities
- Develop pipelines, campaigns, and account plans while maintaining accurate Salesforce records
- Provide strategic vision on market trends and implement country strategies
- Lead campaigns and negotiations in collaboration with business units to ensure delivery
- Coordinate with regional and international organisations to align strategies and objectives
- Deliver timely country and opportunity updates to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Aerospace, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, marketing, aerospace, or related field
- Experience with trading houses or government agencies is ideal
- Strong understanding of the defence and space market in Japan
- Proven track record in Key Account Management and business development
- Proficient in negotiation, business acumen, and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Excellent networking skills with access to industry, military, and government stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the Japanese Government structure, policies, and vision
- Fluent level Japanese and English (French, German, Spanish, Korean, or Mandarin is a plus)
