アフターマーケット販売マネージャー/ After Market Sales Manager

An international security technology company is looking for an Aftermarket Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving aftermarket sales of security screening systems and managing the full sales process to achieve business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Meet aftermarket sales targets and budgets
• Manage key customers to develop and win projects
• Explore and secure maintenance contract opportunities to increase attach rate
• Collaborate with the Programs team to ensure smooth completion of upgrade projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and regulators
• Develop new markets and customers across the region
• Oversee the entire sales process from initiation through to subsequent sales
• Manage and report on the sales pipeline in the assigned territory

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of sales experience with technical equipment solutions
• Experience selling to government agencies and managing tenders
• Prior experience in multinational companies and sales in the Japanese markets (direct or via channels)
• Proven track record in sales or aftermarket sales within manufacturing or trading companies
• Skilled in understanding and selling technical products and information
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and overseas
• Proficient in Japanese and English
