セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
A multinational semiconductor company is looking for a Sales Manager (Senior Account Manager). The selected candidate will lead key account strategies, drive customer relationships, and manage business operations to support growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and implement winning strategies for key accounts and markets
- Develop and manage account plans, including business strategies and tactical execution
- Maintain updated customer information including roadmaps, contacts, and competitive analysis
- Communicate customer expectations and relay feedback to internal teams
- Align internal teams through regular updates and calls to address open issues
- Drive projects by managing escalations, resource allocation, and issue resolution
- Oversee business operations to ensure contract fulfilment and delivery quality
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of experience in semiconductor product promotion
- Prior experience with signal integrity products preferred
- Proven sales performance with experience in competitive markets and business operations
- In-depth technical knowledge in wireless modules for Datacom and Telecommunication applications
- Strong learning ability and understanding of new technologies and products
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
