設備エンジニア/ Equipment Engineer

An international logistics company is searching for an Equipment Engineer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and compliance of facility infrastructure and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance program and supervise activities to ensure proper equipment operation and accurate recordkeeping
• Perform periodic challenge tests to ensure facilities and equipment respond as expected during incidents
• Generate and maintain facility and equipment reports such as temperature, access control, inspections, and calibration reports
• Manage calibration schedules and review certificates and results to ensure instruments remain within acceptable deviation ranges
• Investigate equipment incidents, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions to avoid recurrence
• Propose, plan, supervise, and document facility and equipment changes in accordance with change control and improvement processes
• Review facility and equipment drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform temperature mapping activities with QA and Engineering Support, including protocols, sensor placement, equipment configuration, reporting, and assessment
• Develop and execute IQ/OQ/PQ/PR protocols and reports with QA and Engineering Support
• Train associates on facility and equipment processes and operations
• Support the Depot Manager with budget and CAPEX estimation and follow-up
• Work with vendors to obtain optimal pricing and service for facility needs
• Train staff and service providers on authorised access to facility areas
• Consult with other departments on equipment design and usage, fire prevention, and safety programs
• Conduct periodic facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, or health hazards and recommend corrective or preventive actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (maintenance, warehousing, business administration, accountancy, computer sciences or similar vocations)
• More than 2 years of directly related and progressive experience
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain working relationships
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Technical vocational training or an Engineering degree
• Commercial HVAC experience
• Electrical installation experience
• cGMP or Clean Room experience
• Building Management system knowledge
