プリンシパル建設ソーシングプロジェクトマネージャー/ Principal Construction Sourcing PM

A global semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Principal Construction Sourcing Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee sourcing, contracts, and program management for construction projects from tendering to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage RFP and tender processes for construction projects
• Lead contract negotiations, terms finalisation, and post-award management
• Oversee change orders, claims, payments, and project closeout activities
• Monitor contractor performance and maintain accountability through scorecards
• Collaborate with program managers to track cost, schedule, and performance metrics
• Act as the main contact for all commercial matters during project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• Experience with various types of contracts
• Prior experience in construction of major construction projects
• Knowledge with FIDIC Contract
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid PMP and or RICS is ideal
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
