フィールドサポートマネージャー/ Field Support Manager

A multinational semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for a Manager, Field Support 1. The selected candidate will lead customer support operations, drive service performance, and manage field service teams to achieve operational and financial objectives

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer support operations and manage key customer relationships
• Ensure successful execution of NPI programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Own P&L and drive continuous improvement across business operations
• Monitor and achieve internal operational and financial objectives
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow up on action items and KPIs
• Drive daily operations to meet customer service KPIs
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and install teams
• Manage customer escalations with internal experts and senior management
• Oversee billing and billable activities with the service administration team
• Support sales account teams to achieve regional targets
• Develop, train, and manage Customer Support Engineers to meet regional objectives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of semiconductor field experience
• More than 2 years of management experience
• Proven experience in management or technical leadership within a fast-paced semiconductor fab environment
• Proficient in project management, analytical, organisational, and basic financial or budget skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
