ゼネラルマネージャー/ General Manager

An international semiconductor equipment company is seeking a General/Country Manager. The selected candidate will lead customer operations, drive revenue growth, manage strategic accounts, and oversee regional governance and people management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies and account plans to grow market share
• Lead and direct all sales functions, including forecasting, pricing, and business development
• Retain and expand long-term customer relationships while acting as liaison across functions
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing requirements and ensuring win-win solutions
• Lead and develop teams of managers and account leaders to achieve sales and profit goals
• Oversee regional governance, including budgets, compliance, and performance standards
• Ensure alignment of sales and marketing activities with overall corporate objectives
• Monitor competitive environment and identify business threats and opportunities
• Guide hiring, performance management, and talent development in line with business needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, technical discipline, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• More than 12 years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment
• More than 8 years in the management of FSEs or service teams
• Knowledge of semiconductor products and front-end process
• Proven track record in semiconductor customer operations and sales
• Skilled in budget management and proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Fluent level English; additional languages a plus
