プロジェクトコーディネーター2、エンジニアリング/ Project Coordinator 2, Engineering

A global semiconductor solutions company is seeking a Project Coordinator 2, Engineering. The role oversees new product introduction activities by coordinating stakeholders, managing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery across engineering milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Lead NPI activities including prototyping, qualification, and product launch for engineering and prototype samples
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to implement infrastructure and process changes aligned with business needs
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and documentation to ensure first-time-right execution
• Plan and execute Technical Review Board communications to support new product releases
• Oversee builds, updates, and sample deliveries to meet project scope, timelines, and objectives
• Track project progress, KPIs, and lifecycle activities using Agile and PPM systems

Preferred requirements:

• Diploma or above in business or engineering
• Experience in NPI, Development, Planning, Process, Quality, Yield, Project, Training, Test, Automation in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Prior experience in project management and planning
• Understanding of basic programming, macro creation & SQL queries, Power BI, data automation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
