FAEプロセッサ/ FAE Processor

A multinational semiconductor and electronics company is looking for an FAE (Processor). The selected candidate will provide processor-focused technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, supporting customer designs and driving projects from concept to revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to provide processor-related technical expertise across the sales cycle
• Support customer engineering teams on-site to secure design wins and business commitments
• Recommend and implement processor system solutions in a consultative role
• Develop custom applications and example code for key customer projects
• Debug embedded software components within customer end systems
• Collaborate with sales and product groups to capture processor business and drive revenue
• Provide ongoing technical support to take customer designs through to production
• Analyse the competitive landscape and apply insights from customer engagements
• Deliver feedback to product teams to support new product and feature development
• Create software and system application notes and technical collateral
• Present at technical conferences and conduct customer training sessions and workshops

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable field
• More than 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting processor-based applications and customer engineering teams
• Skilled in embedded software development and system-level debugging
• Understanding of applications with emphasis on PC motherboard controllers and system management controllers
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
