製品開発エンジニアリード/ Lead Product Development Engineer

A global semiconductor equipment company is looking for a Lead, Product Development Engineering. The selected candidate will drive the design, development, and commercialisation of next-generation dispense systems, integrating electromechanical, software, and control components.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Conceptualise, design, and develop new dispensing systems, integrating software and mechanical components
• Lead DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design for Manufacturing and Six Sigma activities for assigned products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OEM engineers, software engineers, electrical engineers, operations, and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Assist in performing root cause analysis on quality issues for new and existing products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• More than 8 years of directly related experience
• Proven experience independently leading product development programs with direct or indirect reports
• Experience in designing and developing electromechanical systems and successful new product launches
• Applied knowledge of software controls, mechanical system interactions, and pressure and position sensors, including experience with CAD software and simulation tools
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge in semiconductor equipment controls, metrology and other equipment
