フィールドアプリエンジニアリングマネージャー/ Field Apps Engineering Manager

A global semiconductor manufacturing company is looking for a Manager, Field Applications Engineering. The selected candidate will lead technical engagements with customers, oversee product evaluations, and drive strategic application initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer technical engagements and serve as escalation point for complex challenges
• Drive new product introduction activities and align customer expectations with deployment plans
• Oversee experiments, process qualifications, and root cause investigations for accuracy and stability
• Collect customer feedback and translate insights into actionable product improvements
• Coordinate pre-evaluation activities, including sample prep, FMEA discussions, and trial readiness
• Collaborate with Product Management and Commercial teams to align application strategies and roadmaps

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in engineering or equivalent
• More than 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of semiconductor front-end and advanced packaging processes and material integration
• Prior knowledge of new best practices, trends, standards, and technology
• Understanding of materials used in photolithography and advanced packaging
• Familiarity with metrology tools (e.g., SEM, ellipsometry, FTIR)
