R&Dセンターエンジニア/ R&D Centre Engineer

An international engineering plastics company is looking for an R&D Centre Engineer. The selected candidate will focus on polymer development, material analysis, and the advancement of engineering plastic technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop polymers, materials, and advanced technologies to meet customer and market needs
• Conduct composition analysis of competing materials and research differentiation strategies
• Investigate market complaints, analyse material properties, and develop new analytical methods
• Perform extrusion, moulding, and physical property evaluations for engineering plastics
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise development strategies and execution
• Lead research projects and contribute to the company’s innovation pipeline

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above in organic chemistry or polymer chemistry
• More than 2 years of experimental work experience in polymer development
• Experience in engineering plastic materials, extrusion, moulding, and analysis
