特等科学家/ Principal Scientist

A multinational personal care products manufacturer is seeking a Principal Scientist, Medical and Safety Sciences. The selected candidate will develop and manage KOL engagements and share scientific content to educate and engage healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead KOL engagements, educational programs, and medical messaging
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to deliver impactful scientific content
• Collaborate with external stakeholders at forums and events to promote product relevance
• Share new scientific content with key stakeholders including KOLs and health authorities
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on product science
• Partner with R&D teams to develop product claims and communications
• Support commercial events through live demos and Q&A sessions
• Ensure timely and high-quality responses to medical inquiries in compliance with policies

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in KOL management, external management, science communications in oral care and skin health
• Experience in driving thought-leadership and KOL advocacy
• Prior experience developing and administering training programs within the oral care and healthcare industries
• Excellent project, budget, and time management
• Proficient In verbal and written English
