A Senior TS&D Specialist role is now available at a worldwide chemical company. The selected applicant will be responsible for assisting with the design and deployment of the firm’s products to increase market share.

Responsibilities:

• Define the application needs of end users
• Recognise project opportunities in line with customer and market needs
• Create and execute new products, applications, and technologies
• Employ scientific methods to ensure technical issues are resolved
• Handle prototype and application creation
• Utilise customer knowledge to prepare suitable technical solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, engineering, or a science related domain
• Background in home care applications such as laundry, dish, or hard surface
• Capability to see projects through to completion
• Skilled in collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to leverage internal and external networks
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese
