シニアセールススペシャリスト/ Sr Sales Specialist
A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Sr Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will drive strategic account growth, manage key client relationships, and execute sales plans while aligning with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer sales calls and document accurate reports for key accounts
- Develop and refine strategic sales plans, aligning goals and account segmentation with stakeholders
- Build relationships with decision makers across technical, procurement, and marketing teams
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports to support planning and sales performance tracking
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage pricing communication
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and support project execution through internal processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business or technical/ science field (MBA is ideal)
- More than 10 years of experience in sales roles of increasing responsibility
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge of business and marketing analysis
- Understanding of sales principles, theories and practices
- Familiarity with petroleum additive market and competitive environment
- Prior knowledge of industry specifications
- Proven knowledge of refinery operations and processes
- Ability and willingness to travel
