テリトリーセールスマネージャー/ Territory Sales Manager
An international advanced materials company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive regional sales growth, manage key accounts, support partners, and lead strategic sales initiatives across direct and distribution channels. This is a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Support and implement cost-effective sales management programmes and budgets to maximise regional sales and support global activities
- Provide technical, sales, and marketing support to Sales Partners to achieve growth targets
- Coordinate global projects in alignment with internal guidelines and programmes
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to close key major prospect accounts
- Expand key account coverage by strengthening relationships and increasing contact base
- Initiate and coordinate technical development projects with business development teams
- Maintain competitive intelligence programmes and provide timely updates to corporate teams
- Update and manage Salesforce system data on a regular basis
- Maintain consistent professional and ethical behaviour
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in direct business and managing industry distributors
- Strong value-added technical sales background within adhesives, coatings, chemicals, automotive paint, plastic, or related industries
- Knowledge of Japanese key account management
- Ability to interact with all levels of management and translate technical requirements into sales programmes
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level Japanese and English
